1. Turn on the Compute mode for the card
2. Set core and memory frequencies.
3. Restart mining
On RX 580, there is no need to lower the Power limit, as this leads to a significant drop in the hash rate. Instead, you need to reduce the core frequency - this will reduce power consumption to about 108W.
