How to Pay with Cryptocurrency Using Trustee Plus?
The Trustee service and app consist of two components:
- Trustee Wallet: A mobile multi-currency cryptocurrency wallet with fast registration and free usage.
- Trustee Plus: A digital payments platform enabling cryptocurrency-to-fiat exchange and withdrawals to bank cards. Opening a virtual card and performing currency exchange or fiat-related operations requires identity verification. The virtual card costs €10 to activate.
The Trustee Plus project was developed as a supplement to Trustee Wallet, a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet.
Trustee Plus operates in Ukraine, Moldova, and various Central and Eastern European countries, including Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Estonia, and more. It supports multiple fiat currencies such as UAH, EUR, USD. Service conditions are subject to updates and changes.
Trustee Plus also provides virtual cards compatible with Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Simply register in Trustee Plus and order a virtual card.
To use UAH, EUR, USD through Trustee Plus, you will need to complete identity verification. The process is simple and typically takes 1–2 hours.

How to register your Trustee Plus
- Download an app Trustee Plus from the App Store or Google Play and install it on your smartphone;
- Click on the “Sing up” in the app and enter your phone number;
- Enter the code received in SMS message or in Telegram;
- Go through verification. Details about the verification procedure;
- Once verified, you can fully use the service.
How do you get a Trustee card
The issuance of a Trustee card costs €10, payable via cryptocurrency or a transfer from Kryptex.
At the same time, its maintenance is completely free and the fee for payments is 0%. The card is valid for 5 years.
To obtain a Trustee card, register with Trustee Plus and complete the verification process. Verification requires an international document or a passport in ID card format. Learn more here.
- Choose “Card” section at the bottom of the Trustee Plus screen;
- Read the information about the card issue, confirm your agreement with the documents governing the card issue;
- Click on the “Order” button;
- Read the balance information and click on the “Next”;
- Link the asset that will be used for payment. To do this, click on the “Connect a coin” and choose cryptocurrency. You can change it at any time. We recommend using USDT;
- Pay for the card issue by clicking on the “Pay” button.
- Then wait for the Trustee card to be issued and add it to the contactless payment service.
How to Withdraw Money from Kryptex to Trustee
- Click the "Deposit" button in the Trustee main menu.
- Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit, such as USDT.
- Choose the transfer type — "Deposit to address".
- Select the transfer network. We recommend using BEP20 due to its low fees.
- Important! Do not confuse networks during the deposit process. If you select the BEP20 network, you can only send USDT BEP20. You may lose your funds if you mix up the networks (e.g., choose BEP20 for the deposit but send TRC20). Transfers cannot be canceled or undone.
Copy the wallet address displayed in the pop-up menu.
In your Kryptex account, navigate to the left menu and click "Payouts". Select the desired payout method, such as USDT BEP20.
- Paste the wallet address copied from the Trustee, and specify the amount to withdraw in Bitcoin.
Request the payout and confirm it via email. Carefully verify the address before confirming the payout.
